Ha Long Bay cruise weddings.
An intimate destination wedding on a ship you charter whole: one venue, one flow, no rushing between locations. We handle the planning so you can enjoy the celebration with the people you flew out here for.

A run of show that survives the bay.
Vendor coordination, guest logistics and a Plan B, all built for cruise realities. You pick how hands-on you want to be.
Ceremony, dinner and celebration mapped against the sailing route, not against a hotel template.
Cabin assignment, boarding order and activity timing, handled before anyone lands in Hanoi.
Photo, video, decor, MUA and MC sourced, compared and briefed as far as you need us to go.
Cast-off, cave stops and sunset sit on fixed windows. We build the day around them.
A wet-weather and ops-change layout agreed in advance, so nobody is deciding at 4pm on the day.
One person accountable end to end, from the first call to disembarkation.
What a destination wedding on a chartered ship gives you.
Most overseas weddings are multi-site: guests in one or several hotels, a welcome dinner somewhere else, the ceremony at a third address. A whole-ship charter removes the geography, and with it most of what goes wrong.
One venue, for the whole celebration
- No transfers between sites. There is nowhere else to be. Nobody is late to the ceremony because a coach was, and no one spends the reception watching the clock for the last shuttle.
- Your guest list stays in one place for a full day. A 2D1N is roughly 22 to 24 hours end to end — board late morning, ashore mid-morning the next day. Ballrooms give you five hours of it.
- Everyone gets the same wedding. No one is in the cheaper hotel, and no one misses the welcome drinks because their flight landed at the wrong airport.
- Exclusivity at an ordinary guest count. Twelve cabins is a whole ship. At 24, 42 or 44 guests the vessel is yours outright rather than a floor of a hotel that also has other weddings in it.
- The backdrop does not need styling. Couples consistently spend less on decor here than planned, because tall installations fight a UNESCO bay and lose.
The trade is a fixed timetable and weak connectivity in the karsts, and we would rather say so here than let you find out in month four. Vietnam, Bali or Phuket sets both sides out, and the six-ship comparison shows which vessel your guest list fits.
Three levels. Pick how much you want to carry.
Most couples pick Guided Planning. It is enough structure and coordination without paying for full onboard staffing.

Six ships. One of them fits your guest list.
Under about 50 guests, Aspira keeps the whole party on one sundeck and the Hanoi transfers are already in the fare. Past 50, Azura's eight extra cabins are what stop you splitting the guest list. Athena Royal and Signature Halong sail the quieter Bai Tu Long, for up to 44 and 24 adults. From October 2026, Athena Premium's 800m² sundeck takes a 400-guest reception.
Aspira Cruise · 5-star
Four years of sailings and far more public reviews than any other ship we work with. Two 55m² Presidential Suites open onto their own sun terrace, and Hanoi transfers are already in the price. The ship to charter when the day has to go right rather than turn heads.
Explore AspiraAzura Cruise · 6-star
The newest ship on Lan Ha Bay and the one its operator calls a six-star masterpiece. An infinity pool rather than a jacuzzi, a sauna alongside the spa, and Imperial Suites with ocean-view bathtubs. Eight more cabins, for guest lists past fifty.
Explore AzuraAthena Royal Cruise · 5-star
The larger of our two ships on Bai Tu Long: quieter water, a fraction of the day boats, and caves most visitors never reach. Twenty-two cabins for 44 adults, a classic fit-out of dark wood and patterned tile, and a jacuzzi on the sundeck. It also runs the standard Ha Long route when you want the famous sights.
Explore Athena RoyalAthena Luxury Cruise · 5-star
The classic Ha Long circuit — Sung Sot, Ti Top and Luon Cave — where its sister Athena Royal takes the quieter Bai Tu Long. The 3D2N leaves the ship entirely on day two for a day boat, Me Cung Cave and the Tung Sau pearl farm. Twenty-one cabins for 42 adults, a 50-seat restaurant with a projector built in, and a sundeck the operator rates for events of fifty. It trades as plain “Athena Cruise” as well.
Explore Athena LuxurySignature Halong Cruise · 5-star
The smallest ship on this list by some distance — twelve cabins for 24 adults, which means a party of twenty takes the entire vessel rather than sharing it. A jacuzzi bathtub in every cabin, not just the suites, and the quiet Bai Tu Long route. Sailing since 2013, on a traditional junk hull.
Explore Signature HalongAthena Premium Cruise · 6-star 1 October 2026
The first overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay to operate a Japanese onsen, and an 800m² sundeck that takes a 400-guest cocktail reception — the largest event space of any ship we work with. Forty-one cabins for 158 guests, a four-season infinity pool and a route through Ha Long Bay proper. Enters service 1 October 2026.
