The terms that apply to our planning packages. Your signed proposal always takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
Scope of services
Services are defined in your proposal and may include Essentials, Guided Planning, Full Planning, and any add-ons agreed in writing. Anything not listed in the proposal is out of scope until both parties agree to it in writing.
Fees and payment
A deposit is required to begin work. Remaining payments follow the milestone schedule stated in your proposal. Cruise fares and third-party vendor costs are billed separately and are not included in our planning fee unless stated otherwise.
Vendor availability
Vendor availability and pricing may change until a booking is confirmed. We confirm key bookings in writing and will tell you promptly if a vendor becomes unavailable.
Changes to the plan
Sailing routes, timings and onboard arrangements can change due to weather, port operations or bay regulations. Where that happens we adjust the run of show and coordinate the updates with your vendors at no additional planning fee. Costs charged by third parties as a result of such changes remain payable by you.
Refunds
Refund terms depend on work already completed and on vendor commitments already made on your behalf. The specific terms for your booking are stated in your proposal.
Liability
We coordinate and communicate to reduce risk, but we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors, cruise operators or transport providers. Our total liability is limited to the planning fees you have paid us.
Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate guest, dietary and accessibility information by the agreed deadlines.
- Making final approvals and payments to vendors and the cruise operator on time.
- Ensuring your guests hold valid travel documents and any required insurance.
